Northern Bound Day

Northern offers many tour options for you to pick from, both in person and virtually, listed on our Campus Visit webpage! Here is a breakdown of your options:

In Person Visits:

• Individual Visits — Monday-Thursday: You’ll get a private tour of campus led by a current Northern student as well as a meeting with an admissions counselor and faculty member. Customize your experience based on your interests, including choosing to visit with various Student Support Services such as Financial Aid, Career Services, and more. You can also add lunch to your itinerary and try the amazing food we serve in the Wolves Den! For example:

  • Campus Tour (1 hour)

  • Admissions Meeting (30 minutes)

  • Faculty Meeting (30 minutes)

  • Customize your visit by selecting an Academic/Support Service (30 minutes)

  • and more!
     

• Group Visits — Friday and Saturday: A current Northern student will lead you, your guests and other students in one group. Friday includes a tour, admissions talk, and visiting with financial aid and a faculty member, while the Saturday visit includes a tour and admissions talk. For example:

  • Friday Group Visit: 

    • Campus Tour (1 hour)

    • Faculty Meeting (30 minutes)

    • Admissions Meeting (30 minutes)

    • Financial Aid Meeting (30 minutes)

  • Saturday Group Visit:

    • Campus Tour (1 hour)

    • Admissions Meeting (30 minutes)
